Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses AFP.MONSTER, a service of FJORN LLC. It says what you can and cannot do with the Service.
1. How AFP.MONSTER sends messages
AFP.MONSTER never starts a conversation. It replies only to people who commented on your post, Reel or ad, or who sent a message to your Page or Instagram account first.
Every message goes through the official Meta API and follows Meta's messaging rules. The Service has no bulk messaging, no import of contact lists and no way to message a person who has not contacted you.
2. What you must not do
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam, bulk messages or unsolicited messages, including cold DMs;
- message people from a bought, rented, scraped or imported list of contacts;
- message a person who did not comment or write to you first, or who asked you to stop;
- break Meta's messaging rules, Platform Terms or Community Standards, or try to get around Meta's limits or our controls;
- buy, sell or fake likes, comments, followers, views or other engagement;
- send or publish illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, misleading or adult content;
- run scams, phishing or fraud, or promote products or services that Meta or our payment providers prohibit;
- collect personal data of people without a legal basis;
- break any law, including anti-spam, privacy and data protection laws;
- use several accounts or profiles to avoid a limit, a block or a suspension;
- try to access systems, accounts or data that you are not allowed to access, or interfere with the Service.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the flows you build and for the text and links that AFP.MONSTER sends in your name. You must have the right to run automation on each Page and account that you connect.
You must stop messaging a person who asks you to stop. You must follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you reply to. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
4. What we can do
If you break this policy, we can remove a flow, limit a feature, block your account or end your access. We can do this if the law, Meta or a payment provider requires it. Where possible, we tell you first. For a serious or repeated breach, we can act at once and without notice.
We can also report illegal activity to the authorities and share information with Meta when its rules require it.
5. Report a violation
If you received a message from AFP.MONSTER that breaks this policy, or you know of a misuse, email us at [email protected]. We review every report.
6. Changes
We can update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new version.
